At Tile Distro, we aim to make ordering and receiving your tiles as simple and straightforward as possible.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently, whether you’re ordering a small parcel or tiles for a complete renovation project.

Orders under £299 — £29.99

Small parcels under 15kg — £11.99

Scotland, Northern Ireland & Selected Areas of England

Order Before 2pm

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and successful payment.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times and delivery times are different. While we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the delivery service required.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Depending on the size and weight of your order, your delivery will be sent either by parcel courier or pallet delivery.

Small Parcel Deliveries

Smaller orders weighing less than 15kg may be sent using a parcel delivery service.

Tracking information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Pallet Deliveries

Larger and heavier tile orders will usually be delivered securely on a pallet.

Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside using a suitable delivery vehicle with a tail lift.

Please be aware that drivers are not responsible for unpacking your order or carrying products into your property.

Tiles can be extremely heavy, so please make suitable arrangements to safely move and store your order once it has been delivered.

Delivery Access

Please let us know before placing your order if there are any access restrictions that could affect your delivery.

This may include narrow roads, weight restrictions, steep inclines, low bridges, low-hanging trees, restricted vehicle access or other obstacles.

If the delivery vehicle cannot safely access your property, your order may be delivered to the nearest suitable and accessible location.

Receiving Your Delivery

We recommend checking your order carefully as soon as it arrives.

Please check that you have received the correct products and quantities and inspect your order for any visible signs of damage.

If you notice any damage, please take clear photographs of the products and packaging and contact Tile Distro within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we take great care when preparing and dispatching orders, tiles can occasionally become damaged during transportation.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the products and packaging.

Please check all products carefully before installation begins.

We cannot accept claims for damaged or incorrect products once the tiles have been installed.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery on the arranged delivery date where required.

Additional charges may apply for missed, refused or rearranged deliveries.

Please also ensure that all delivery information provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.
